Bioflor7 FAQs

What Are Probiotics?

Bioflor7 ProbioticIf you’re not familiar with probiotics, they are essentially cultures of “good bacteria”.  Your gut contains a combination of both good and bad bacteria and within your gastrointestinal tract, there is intestinal microflora or microbiota. Probiotics help ensure a good balance of intestinal flora. This complex ecosystem contains over 400 bacterial species with small amounts found in your stomach and small intestines, but the majority is found in your colon. The intestinal microflora aid in digestion, synthesize vitamins and nutrients, metabolize some medications, support the development and functioning of the gut, and enhance the immune system.

What makes Bioflor7 different from traditional capsule or powdered probiotics?

Over 90% of probiotic supplements presently on the market consist of various live strains from one to an average of six to eight strains and varies from 500 million CFU (colony forming units) to 10 billion CFU per strain or total. These are mainly in capsule or powdered format.

Bioflor7 Probiotic Product PresentationFor most probiotics to be effective, you should aim to have a minimum of 5 to 10 billion live cells at the time of use. Bioflor7 has over 50 Billion at an average time of use and 20 Billion guaranteed at time of expiry.

Storage conditions and temperature variations may also decrease the lifespan of these cells so that at the end of the expiry, you may in fact not have any live cells left. Every time you open a container with probiotic capsules and exposing them to unstable temperature conditions and humidity, the survival rate of these live strains are compromised and slowly die.

Why Fast-Acting?

When you ingest any type of supplement in liquid format, the body naturally reacts faster – just because of the easier absorption rate. Also produces fewer stomach acids required to break down solids, such as capsules or tablets. This ultimately gives the live probiotic cells more of a chance to survive towards the small intestines and the reaction is noticeably faster. Also, live probiotic cells struggle to survive in an acidic environment created during the digestion process of capsules or tablets.

Easy Travel Companion! You can take bioflor7 with you anytime-anywhere and when in need, for fast-acting results!

What is a Biphase Vial?

Bioflor7 Biphase VialBioflor7 has a unique delivery system that incorporates a biphase vial which separates the various ingredients in two chambers: the cap and the vial. The live probiotics strains and B vitamins are lyophilized and tightly sealed within the cap and only exposed once released into the Prebiotic and Aloe Vera liquid by turning the cap clockwise. Once released and shaken, it creates a synergistic solution that is ingested and absorbed immediately into the digestive system. The Biphase delivery system allows the least amount Water Activity (aw) and as such allows the live culture cells to stay active much longer. One vial per day for 7 days and you’re on your way to better health.

What is the difference between Liquid Vs Solid (Capsules)?

The biggest challenge that most probiotic manufacturers have, is establishing a system that allows for the maximum survival of the live probiotic cells. Most capsules have a challenge as the digestive system will consider it a solid and as such will produce acids and enzymes to break it down. Once broken down, the live cells are exposed to an acidic environment and most won’t survive their journey towards the small intestines, where probiotics primarily need to nest and proliferate. Bioflor7 is ingested as a liquid which more easily absorbed as it bypasses the gastric system allowing it to successfully reach the small intestines with a very high survival rate – hence the ability to detox and temporarily restore intestinal (gut) flora in only 7 Days.

Why is Bioflor7 more than just a probiotic?

It consists of 4 live ULTRA Probiotic strains, 1 Live Spore-forming Culture, 2 Prebiotics, Vitamin B complex and Aloe Vera, as well as having an instant boost of at least 50 Billion live cells at the time of use and a minimum of 20 billion guaranteed at time of expiry.

SOME OF OUR SPECIAL INGREDIENTS NOT FOUND IN TRADITIONAL PROBIOTICS

Bioflor7 More Than Just a ProbioticBacillus Coagulans, (7) is a spore-forming probiotic characterized by its increased survival in an acidic gastric environment and in bile-acid-associated duodenal environment. Unlike other strains, it is able to withstand high temperatures and is able to proliferate within the small intestine within minutes of use, while assisting in eliminating the toxic bacteria existing within the gut.

Prebiotics are known to rebalance natural intestinal microflora. Effective prebiotics are: the non-digestible oligosaccharides (NOS) which has a ‘fiber effect’ role which, stabilizes the fecal matter and the frequency of bowel movements and favors the proliferation of specific bifidobacteria in the colon of children and adults; the fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), the galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and the trans-galacto-oligosaccharides (TOS).

Vitamin B Complex act as biocatalysts and conduct important actions in the cellular life. To see the full benefits of Vitamin B-Complex, please visit source (6)

Aloe Vera creates a jellification barrier around the live culture cells protecting them from bacterial attacks while increasing the survival rate of each cell.

Bioflor7 is so effective that you only need to take it for seven days to temporarily rebalance your intestinal ecosystem with beneficial flora. Once completed, we recommend a modest maintenance program which may require repeating a 7-day program every 4 to 6 weeks depending on lifestyle. Bioflor7 can also be used for acute situations such as sudden diarrhea or digestive discomfort.

So what's all the fuss about live cells and CFU's?

CFU means ‘Colony Forming Unit.  It is a measurement of the number of live and viable micro-organisms provided in a probiotic supplement that is capable of colonizing or multiplying. Any other measurement term, such as ‘bacteria’ or ‘organism’ does not differentiate between live and dead bacteria. This means you could be taking millions of dead bacteria! While this won’t cause you any harm, it won’t do much to support your immediate or long-term health either.

In most market brands of probiotics, there will be millions or billions of live and viable ‘probiotics’ in every package or dose. Conversely, if a product label claims to contain only ‘organisms’ or ‘cells’ without defining them as CFU or live and viable, then they do not necessarily contain many or any ‘probiotics’ at all.

Bioflor7 has 5 premium quality live cultures all considered live and viable CFU’s.

Capsule probiotics typically require higher amounts of live cells, hence you may see some brands with 50 to 100 billion live cells.

NOTE: Brands with capsules are allowed to use an amount of CFU’s until expiry, only while the bottle is still sealed. Unfortunately, no one will realistically keep a bottle sealed for 24 months, so every time you open the bottle, you are exposing it to humidity and temperature shifts which highly compromises the live cells. Bioflor7 vials are individually sealed and are actually guaranteed for 24 months to maintain at least 20+ BIllion live cells (CFU).

Many capsule brands are also required to be refrigerated and are more vulnerable to temperature variations and storage conditions. The stomach recognizes capsules as solids and such will naturally attempt to break it down by producing acids. This leaves the live cells exposed to an acidic environment – known to be detrimental to the survival of the live cells.

Bioflor7 is lyophilized within a sealed chamber, ensuring a much higher survival rate than standard capsules due to its

FAST-ACTING, EASY-ABSORPTION LIQUID DELIVERY SYSTEM.

What is Travel-Friendly?

Each self-contained vial can be conveniently taken to the office or trips without having to carry the box with you, and doesn’t require refrigeration.*

Why carry a container of probiotics with you when one vial will fit conveniently into any bag or briefcase? You’ll never forget to take your probiotics again. All Bioflor7 strains are lyophilized (dormant) within the cap and only become active once released in the liquid component of the vial.

Do I still need probiotics if I regularly eat yogurt?

Bioflor7 Probiotic Product PresentationMany people ask about the benefits of yogurt as an effective probiotic and in our research, this is what we’ve found: Yogurt has questionable benefits based on actual ingredients. Some have more probiotic cultures than others and there is typically no protective delivery system to assure that probiotic cells will survive stomach acid. In addition, very few yogurt products come close to providing the minimum effective dose recommended by leading microbiologists, so you would have to eat at least 3 or 4 yogurts a day to notice any benefit. To make matters worse, most yogurt servings deliver 13-17 grams of sugar, so if you are going to supplement with yogurt, look for unsweetened and organic. The best option is to supplement with Bioflor7.

What should you expect when you take probiotics?

Probiotics, in general, are a supplemental form of healthy bacteria used to recolonize the gut. The gut is home to trillions of microorganisms – the balance and composition of which affect everything from nutrient assimilation to immune health. You may need to supplement with probiotics if your gut flora has been compromised. There are a number of signs that indicate probiotics are helping.

If you decided to supplement with probiotics because of chronic diarrhea, skin outbreaks or other acute / mild symptoms, you may occasionally notice some symptoms worsening for the first few days after taking Bioflor7. According to our sources, symptoms such as diarrhea, gas, bloating, rashes and acne are all signals that the healthy bacteria are recolonizing the gut. These symptoms are mostly mild and definitely not always present. Most experience only positive results within the second to the third day of taking Bioflor7. If you do experience such symptoms, try to stay with the course of the 7-day program as it will improve and the end results will be worth it.

Reasons to Supplement with Bioflor7

When the gut flora becomes imbalanced; which can be caused by antibiotics, many prescribed and OTC medications, white sugar consumption which promotes yeast growth, alcohol abuse and a number of other common culprits – it can lead to diverse health problems, from autoimmune disorders to candida to depression. Digestive distress, immune dysfunction, skin disorders and mood issues are potential signs of gut dysbiosis. Probiotic supplementation – along with changes in diet and lifestyle – can support a healthy gut and overall balance in the body.

Beating Infections

Probiotics may help with yeast infections or athlete’s foot. If you tend to get yeast infections, athletes foot or chronic urinary tract infections, you may find that these conditions improve after you begin supplementing with probiotics. Other signs that probiotics are working include an increase in energy, stabilization of mood and a reduction in craving for complex carbohydrates.

What is Pharma-Nutra Integrative Program?

Recent studies have shown that antibiotic use causes a profound and rapid loss of diversity and a shift in the composition of the gut flora. This diversity is not recovered after antibiotic use without intervention.

The best way to repopulate intestinal flora is with high-quality PROBIOTICS such as Bioflor7.

There are over 100 trillion good bacteria in our bodies that play a vital role in our overall health and well-being, particularly to immune function and digestion. Many of these bacteria are destroyed by antibiotic treatments and therefore must be quickly replenished. The ideal practice would be to begin taking probiotics while taking antibiotics; however, you should wait at least a few hours after your dose of antibiotics or wait till your antibiotic treatment is completed before commencing your course of probiotics.

Bioflor7 For Ear InfectionIt may well be useful to speak to your GP about probiotic supplements if your child has already had frequent ear infections and/or antibiotic use.  Antibiotics are really effective at clearing painful infections but do also kill the good bacteria in the digestive system.

There is evidence to suggest that good bacteria in the digestive system are important for overall immune health and may prevent subsequent infection.  Taking a probiotic and prebiotic supplement such as Bioflor7 after antibiotic therapy is probably a very wise way of re-establishing balance in the digestive system.

The Bioflor7 formulation was initially conceived to address the many health issues associated with the overuse of antibiotics. Consists of a blend of 5 ULTRA-Live Probiotic cultures, 2 Prebiotics, Vitamin B Complex and Aloe Vera to help counteract the negative effects following a complete treatment or course of antibiotics – within ONLY 7 DAYS.

How important are probiotics as we age?

Bioflor7 FAQsIf you are over 60 years of age, you should be taking probiotic supplements as they will protect you from developing such bowel conditions as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), and other digestive and immune-related diseases. According to researchers from Reading University, UK, Age-related physiological changes in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as modifications in lifestyle, nutritional behaviour, and functionality of the host immune system, inevitably affect the gut microbiota, resulting in a greater susceptibility to infections.

Elderly people have a much lower number of friendly bacteria in their intestines than younger adults. Elderly people also have more harmful bacteria in their intestines than younger adults. Some studies have shown that friendly bacteria levels in the gut of a typical over 60-year-old are one-thousandth of that of a younger adult. The elderly are much more prone to gastrointestinal infections and bowel conditions.

Benefits of probiotics include the establishment of balanced intestinal microflora; improving colonization resistance and or prevention of diarrhea; reduction of fecal enzymes; reduction of serum cholesterol; reduction of potential mutagens; reduction of lactose intolerance; synthesis of vitamins; predigestion of proteins.

One Bioflor7 Vial Per Day For 7 Days Consecutive Will Help temporarily Rebalance Intestinal Flora, Boost Immune Function And Improve Digestion.

NOTE:

*Like most natural supplements and medications, some precautions should be taken in maintaining a proper storage environment. It is recommended to keep Bioflor7 in a dry room with average temperatures not to exceed 24 degrees Celsius / 73 degrees Fahrenheit for a prolonged period of time.
